1. Warranty Coverage: Jib Sticks ("the
Company") warrants that the carbon fiber ski pole ("the
Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.

2. What is Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in
materials related to the carbon fiber ski pole. It includes but is not limited
to issues such as delamination, structural failure, or any other defects that
arise from normal and proper use.

3. What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage
caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, normal
wear and tear, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Jib Sticks.
Specifically, damage caused by solvents and adhesives, damage caused by rocks,
rails, chairlifts, and uncontrolled crashes will not be covered under this
warranty, except on a case-by-case basis determined by Jib Sticks.

4. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of
purchase and contact Jib Sticks' customer service at jibsticksdesign@gmail.com within
the 1-year warranty period. The Company may request additional information or
evidence of the defect.

5. Resolution Options: Upon verification of a valid warranty
claim, Jib Sticks, at its discretion, may choose to repair or replace the
defective Product. If the Product is no longer available, a comparable product
will be provided.

6. Exclusions and Limitations: To the extent
permitted by law, Jib Sticks' liability under this warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement of the defective Product. In no event shall Jib Sticks be
liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the
original purchaser of the Product.

By purchasing the Product, the customer acknowledges and agrees
to the terms of this warranty.
